  • At Starbird Skateboards, our decks are made to order to ensure the highest quality and customization to meet your specifications.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Starbird Skateboards‘ decks typically require 1-3 days for production. Upon completion, ground shipping will take approximately 2-5 days for domestic orders.

Shipping Details

  • During the checkout process, you have the option to select express shipping for expedited delivery.
  • Please note that international shipping durations may vary, but typically average around 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • For made-to-order products, please note that shipping times may vary, and customers can expect delivery within two weeks from the date of order confirmation.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options to accommodate different customer needs.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

  • All skateboard decks come with a lifetime warranty against defects and delamination, ensuring the quality and durability of our products.
  • We are committed to customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

  • Please note that the refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.

Lifetime Warranty Information

  • The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, guaranteeing that our products are free from manufacturing flaws.
  • It’s important to note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that may occur as a result of regular use during skateboarding activities. This includes, but is not limited to, surface scratches, graphic wear, and minor cosmetic issues that are a natural part of the skateboard’s lifespan.
